Unless otherwise noted, you have 30 days to notify EricSevigny.com, by email at info@ericsevigny.com, of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your purchase along with photographic evidence of the damage and images of the outer packaging (even if there is no evidence of damage), or EricSevigny.com cannot be held responsible for these issues. Unless you provide EricSevigny.com with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship-to location, you are responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order. EricSevigny.com is not responsible for shipping failures due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, failure to receive or accept deliveries, or failure to receive deliveries due to other factors under the customer's control including, but not limited to, failure to pay taxes or tariffs required to receive the delivery, failure to be present during delivery, or failure to accept the delivery.
Sevigny is responsible for return costs when: you have not received the correct item; the item is missing or damaged during delivery. We will tell you the procedure to follow to return your package. The item must be in its original packaging and unused. Return and refund 30 days, following the delivery date, with proof of purchase. The refund is charged to the payment method used during the purchase. The products will be refunded once returned to Sevigny
