Updated: Feb 4, 2023

Connor McDavid, the brightest star of the NHL all-stars

Did you see that?

Did you see what just happened?

This guy just did it again!

Haven't you seen anything?

Who am I talking about?.

I'm talking about Connor McDavid, of course! The Edmonton Oilers's captain just scored once again. This season, he's been the first player to score 40 goals... In only 48 games!

There's even more to tell about him: last week, when the Oilers were facing the Tampa Bay Lightning, even though he was closely marked, he managed to get his 85th point of the season. This game was only his 47th of the season. With this achievement, he became the fastest player to get this milestone since Mario Lemieux and Jaromir Jagr, in 1995-1996.

It's undeniable that you are an incredible player when you get compared to the Magnificent and the second best pointer of all time. According to these unbelievable accomplishments, McDavid could honestly finish this present season with 150 points....or maybe more? The winner of four Art Ross trophies given to the best pointer of the league might become the sixth player to get to 150 points in one season.

Do you know who was the last player to accomplish this astonishing achievement? Mario Lemieux during the 1995-1996 season. And do you know who are the other four players who have reached this impressive number of points? I'll give you a clue: among them, there are four hall of famers : Steve Yzerman, Bernie Nicholls, Wayne Gretzky and Phil Esposito.

On Saturday Febuary fourth, will be held the 67th NHL all star game where all the : Sidney Crosby, Alexander Ovechkin, Cale Makar, David Pastrnak and more great players will be in Sunrise, the home of the Panthers. Connor McDavid will be there too, strong of his 90 points in 50 games, which gives him the first rank in the chapter of the points. In second place in this category, there's someone he might know...

Leon Draisaitl with 76 points, 16 points fewer than the Canadian superstar.

It sure will be a memorable show. To celebrate this incredible season of the Edmonton Oilers's prodigy, 25 limited Art Prints made from Eric Sevigny's Masterpiece representing Connor McDavid will be produced. If you want to get one of these beauties, you'll have to be quick, because these artworks will be gone as fast as the Oilers's captain.

Did you see that?

He just did it again?

He scored in a way that only him knows the secret...
